Vissarion Petrov

Vissarion Petrov (Ukrainian: Виссарион Петров; VIH-sare-EE-on PEH-tro-v; born February 20th, 2001), is a Ukrainian crime boss.^[1] He is the current Ultimate Organized Crime Leader at Hope's Peak University, and is the 13th holder of the title.^[2]

Early Life

Little is known about Petrov's early life. Petrov is reportedly the youngest of the Petrov siblings, after 3 older sisters and 4 older brothers. Petrov has reportedly said that his childhood was turbulent, as his father was known to have a violent temper.^{[citation needed]}

The Petrov Murders

Petrov was put on trial in 2017 for the suspected murder of his father, Vladimir Petrov, and his brothers Mikael, Xander, and Sasha Petrov. Petrov was found not guilty, but it is widely believed that he is responsible via self-defense.^[3][4]

Career

Petrov became the head of the Petrov family at 17, not long after the Petrov Murders trial.^{[citation needed]} While not much about his career is known, a shoot-out between Petrov's gang and a notable Yakuza gang was recorded by amateur reporter Kazuo Satou. Satou reported that the conflict occurred due to a disagreement regarding smuggling drugs, resulting in 10 gang members dead and 12 civilians wounded.^[5] Satou himself was not wounded.^{[citation needed]}

Education

Petrov claims that he sought higher education shortly after establishing himself as the family head. Unusually, Petrov was enrolled in an undisclosed non-Ultimate college for two years before being extended an invitation to enroll in Hope's Peak University as an Ultimate.^{[citation needed]}

Acceptance to Hope's Peak University

Petrov transferred colleges to Hope's peak University in 2021, joining Class 126 as the Ultimate Organized Crime Leader. As of October 1st, 2023, Petrov is currently in his third year there.^[2]
